Chocolate Shake with the Goodness of Chaga
Ingredients
- 1 Nordic Nordic chaga teabag (can be reused)
- 1 cup water to steep
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 medium banana peeled and frozen overnight
- a few drops of pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons pure raw cacao powder
- 2 dates soaked if you like the shake sweeter
- pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle on top (optional)
Preparation
Bring a cup of water to a boil and steep the Chaga tea bag for 10 minutes.
Remove the teabag and keep it refrigerated in a small clean container to reuse later.
Cool the tea.
In a high speed blender, blend all the ingredients and the cooled Chaga tea till thick and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
