Chocolate Shake with the Goodness of Chaga


  • 1 Nordic Nordic chaga teabag (can be reused)
  • 1 cup water to steep
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 medium banana peeled and frozen overnight
  • a few drops of pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons pure raw cacao powder
  • 2 dates soaked if you like the shake sweeter
  • pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle on top (optional)


  1. Bring a cup of water to a boil and steep the Chaga tea bag for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the teabag and keep it refrigerated in a small clean container to reuse later.

  3. Cool the tea.

  4. In a high speed blender, blend all the ingredients and the cooled Chaga tea till thick and smooth.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve.
