Coconut Chia Seed, Oat Parfait with Berries

Ingredients

  • A cup of coconut milk
  • 1/3 of a cup of overnight oats
  • 2 1/2 a tbsp. of overnight Nutiva Chia seeds
  • 1 tsbp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 of a banana
  • 1/4 of a cup mashed blueberries
  • blackberries
  • 2 tbsp of GoRaw sprouted pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak the chia seeds and oats overnight in the same container with the coconut milk (Plus maple syrup and vanilla extract

  2. Mash blueberries and blackberries and place them at the bottom and top then you may add the rest of the ingredients accordingly

  3. Enjoy
