Coconut Chia Oat Parfait with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup overnight oats
  • 2.5 tbsp Nutiva chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries and blackberries
  • 2 tbsp GoRaw sprouted pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak the chia seeds and oats overnight in the same container with the coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mash the blueberries and blackberries and place them at the bottom and top.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients accordingly.
