Creamy Almond Sauce


  • 1/2 cup almonds, soaked for at least a few hours
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4th cup of avocado mashed
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced ginger
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ?salt/pepper to taste ✨?noodles
  • sliced chard
  • chopped cucumber
  • 1 package organic kelp noodles


  1. Soak 1 packages of kelp noodles for at least an hour in warm water

  2. Drain

  3. Blend the first nine ingredients in a blender, and add to noodles, making sure to mix the dressing with the noodles until well-integrated (i

  4. Massaging the dressing into the noodles with clean hands)

  5. Add chopped vegetables and serve immediately or let the dish 'set' overnight in the fridge (the noodles will become softer once the dressing incorporates for some time)

  6. Eat with chopsticks for extra flair
