Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pasta
  • ome seasoning and Italian herbs
  • dairy free cream
  • mustard
  • spinach

Preparation

  1. Ry 2 shallots in oil until softened, then add 2 cloves of garlic (or how ever many you like) and some mushrooms

  2. Put your pasta on the cook

  3. Add some seasoning and Italian herbs

  4. Add your dairy free cream (i used soya) and cook down for about 5 mins. I then added a tiny bit of stock using the water from the pasta

  5. Add nooch for b12 and cheesy flavour

  6. Add a lil smidge of mustard and add your spinach- cook until spinach has wilted

  7. Mix in your pasta and season to taste
