Creamy Vegan Chicken Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • Sainsbury's dried tagliatelle
  • Water
  • Massel chicken style stock powder
  • Garlic puree
  • Chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Violife creamy
  • Violife mozzarella style
  • Viva Vivera plant chicken breast
  • Tender stem broccoli
  • Filippo Berio olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in water with Massel chicken style stock powder, garlic puree, and chili flakes until al dente.

  2. Remove most of the water from the cooked pasta.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of Violife creamy to the pasta and stir to make a sauce, then incorporate Violife mozzarella style.

  4. Cut the Viva Vivera plant chicken breast into pieces and pan fry in Filippo Berio olive oil with garlic puree until golden and cooked through.

  5. Cook the tender stem broccoli by steaming or boiling until tender.

  6. Combine the pasta mixture with the fried chicken and broccoli, and serve immediately.
