Crispy Tofu Satay with Rice and Broccoli
Ingredients
- organic tofu
- brown rice
- broccoli
- red onion
- garlic
- soy sauce
Satay sauce
- crunchy peanut butter
- peanut butter powder
- soya milk
- lemon juice
- maple syrup
- curry powder
Preparation
Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
Prepare satay sauce by mixing crunchy peanut butter, peanut butter powder, soya milk, lemon juice, maple syrup, and curry powder.
Cube organic tofu and air fry until crispy.
Stir fry broccoli, red onion, and garlic with a little soy sauce.
Dip air-fried tofu in satay sauce and serve with rice and vegetables.
