Dairy-Free Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown or coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined salt
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
