Dairy-Free Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cup white flour, or white spelt
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup brown or coconut sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp unrefined salt
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix dry together in a bowl, mix wet together in a bowl. Combine wet to dry. Mix and divide batter between 12 muffin cups. Bake 30 min
