Dreamy Soy Garlic Tofu with Firecracker Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Oil
- Splash of soy sauce
- Bell peppers
- Mushrooms
- Edamame
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- White sesame seeds
- Spring onion
- Tofu
- Roasted garlic sauce
Preparation
Fry the peppers, mushrooms, and edamame in oil and add a splash of soy sauce.
For the cauliflower, mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon sriracha, 1 crushed garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Roast at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Then top with white sesame seeds and spring onion.
Press the tofu, marinate it in soy sauce, and then grill with roasted garlic sauce.
