Easy & Healthy Salad


  • Organic yellow seed mustard (1 tbsp - anti-inflammatory) ??juice of two lemons (depending on salad size)
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (organic)
  • 1 tsp of dill (fresh or dried)


  1. Shake it up (our favorite dressing shakers are empty mustard containers)! ?? Pour and enjoy! And to get that salty crunch you can add seaweed (good for thyroid) to any salad
