Easy Vegan Chickpea Wraps with Spices

Ingredients

Filling

  • 150g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 TBSP tomato paste
  • 2 TBSP vegan yogurt
  • a squeeze of lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala and cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder and chili powder
  • a touch of maple syrup

Wrap components

  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • wraps

Preparation

  1. Mix all filling ingredients together.

  2. Fill your wraps with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and the mixed filling.
