Easy Vegan Chickpea Wraps with Spices
Ingredients
Filling
- 150g cooked chickpeas
- 1 TBSP tomato paste
- 2 TBSP vegan yogurt
- a squeeze of lemon
- salt to taste
- 1 TSP Garam Masala and cumin
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder and chili powder
- a touch of maple syrup
Wrap components
- lettuce
- tomato
- cucumber
- wraps
Preparation
Mix all filling ingredients together.
Fill your wraps with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and the mixed filling.
