Energizing Matcha Coconut Smoothie & Mini Teddy Bear Pancake Cereals 🍵🥞
Ingredients
- 1+1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
Preparation
Make buttermilk by mixing oat milk with apple cider vinegar and set it aside for 5 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients, then pour in the prepared buttermilk. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag to make perfectly round mini pancakes.
Cook the mini pancakes on a non-stick pan over low heat, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
For the teddy bear face, use icing sugar mixed with oat milk and melted chocolate.
