Ingredients

  • 1+1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar

Preparation

  1. Make buttermilk by mixing oat milk with apple cider vinegar and set it aside for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients, then pour in the prepared buttermilk. Mix well until fully incorporated.

  3. Transfer the batter to a piping bag to make perfectly round mini pancakes.

  4. Cook the mini pancakes on a non-stick pan over low heat, about 1-2 minutes on each side.

  5. For the teddy bear face, use icing sugar mixed with oat milk and melted chocolate.
