Festive Halloween Fudge Cups Treat
Ingredients
Chocolate layer
- 1/4 cup extra dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup @yoursuperfoods chocolate lovers or cacao or cocoa powder
- 4 drops monk fruit extract or 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp creamy nut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Filling
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tbsp maple
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Dash of Pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Mix the chocolate layer ingredients well until thin. Spoon into a mini muffin tray for about 7 cups, reserving half. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the filling ingredients together.
Once the chocolate layer is frozen, spoon the pumpkin filling over it, then top with the remaining chocolate mixture. Swirl with a spoon and freeze again.
