Five-Ingredient Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Coating

  • 1 cup melted dark vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl and massage together to form a dough that holds together.

  2. Roll into desired size and place in the freezer to set for around 30 minutes.

  3. Coat in the melted chocolate and store in a recycled nut butter jar.

Notes

  1. Keep in the fridge for a softer bite or in the freezer for a more fudgy texture.

  2. Makes approximately 24 mini bites.
