Fresh Crispy Vegan Harissa Falafels Sticks ? Served with Basil Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- • 1,5 cup chickpeas, cooked
- • 3 teaspoon red pesto
- • 1 teaspoon harissa spices
- • 1 teaspoon paprika
- • 1 teaspoon cumin
- • 1 teaspoon chili spices • 3 tablespoon flour (or buckwheat flour if you want them gluten free)
- • Zest and juice from 1/2 organic lemon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a small food processor, roll in breadcrumbs as small round falafels. Heat a saucepan of vegetable oil, filled only half way high over, or fry on a normal pan. Once hot fry the falafels 2-3 minutes until golden
