Fruit Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 coconut
- 4 Physalis
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Mango
- 2 flowers for deco
- 150g yoghurt (vegan or Greek 0%)
- 25g of protein powder
Preparation
After mixing the protein with the Greek yoghurt you can fill it into the coconut and decorate it with sliced banana, physalis, mango and flowers
