Fruit Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 coconut
  • 4 Physalis
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 2 flowers for deco
  • 150g yoghurt (vegan or Greek 0%)
  • 25g of protein powder

Preparation

  1. After mixing the protein with the Greek yoghurt you can fill it into the coconut and decorate it with sliced banana, physalis, mango and flowers
