Giant Bowl of Greens and Rice and Cashews
Ingredients
- onion + garlic
- broccoli
- green beans
- edamame
- spinach
- kale
- bok choy + a little water
- splash of tamari
- a sprinkle of chilli flakes + 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Preparation
Sautee onion + garlic until soft, before adding broccoli, green beans, edamame, spinach, kale, bok choy + a little water
Cover and cook until veggies are cooked through
Remove the lid, add a generous splash of tamari, a sprinkle of chilli flakes + 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, and cook until tamari cooks off ☺
Serve with rice + crushed cashews! Enjooooooy
