Ginger Turmeric Immunity Shots

Ingredients

  • about 120g fresh peeled turmeric
  • about 140g fresh organic ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 large organic lemons
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • 2 fresh organic oranges
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture if desired for a finer texture.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume as shots.
