Grilled Peach, Arugula & Zucchini Flatbread with Fieldroast Chao Creamery Creamy Original Shreds

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 cups FieldRoast Chao Creamy Original Shreds
  • 1 pre-made plant-based pizza dough, rolled out
  • 1 ripe peach, halved
  • 1 small zucchini, shaved into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
  • 2 cups arugula, lightly dressed in olive oil and salt
  • Fresh basil (optional)
  • Balsamic glaze

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F and preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Brush the peach halves lightly with high heat oil and grill for about 5 minutes. Slice into wedges.

  3. Lightly oil the pizza dough with olive oil. Top with Chao shreds, grilled peaches, and shaved zucchini.

  4. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and top with lightly dressed arugula, fresh basil (if desired), and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
