Grilled Peach, Arugula & Zucchini Flatbread with Fieldroast Chao Creamery Creamy Original Shreds
Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 cups FieldRoast Chao Creamy Original Shreds
- 1 pre-made plant-based pizza dough, rolled out
- 1 ripe peach, halved
- 1 small zucchini, shaved into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
- 2 cups arugula, lightly dressed in olive oil and salt
- Fresh basil (optional)
- Balsamic glaze
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450˚F and preheat the grill to medium heat.
Brush the peach halves lightly with high heat oil and grill for about 5 minutes. Slice into wedges.
Lightly oil the pizza dough with olive oil. Top with Chao shreds, grilled peaches, and shaved zucchini.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with lightly dressed arugula, fresh basil (if desired), and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
