Happy Thyroid Function Noodles


  • 3/4 cup of almond butter (raw)
  • 1/4th avocado
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp of cayenne (or less)
  • Celtic Salt or Himalayan Salt to taste


  1. Optional: add water for thin consistency ??⭐️Noodles: ??1 package of kelp noodles, cut in half and placed in warm water to soak until tender (may substitute #SobaNoodles for #KelpNoodles)

  2. Bunch scallions, thinly sliced

  3. Black sesame seeds (amount as preferred) for topping ??Optional: Seaweed (amount as preferred) ??⭐️Directions: ??Combine sauce ingredients and blend until smooth consistency

  4. Pour on top of kelp noodles and mix

  5. Add on top: sesame seeds, scallions, seaweed and enjoy
