Hearty Vegan Spaghetti Nolognese with Garlic Bread

Garlic bread
- slices of long fermentation bread
- vegan butter
- fresh garlic
- olive oil
- parsley
- sea salt
Preparation
Sauté onions and garlic in a pan
Fry vegan burgers with the onions and garlic
Add italian herbs, oregano, tomato passata, water, sea salt, and pepper to the mixture
Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry
Sauté fresh garlic in a little olive oil
Combine the sautéed garlic with vegan butter, parsley, and sea salt
Spread the mixture on slices of long fermentation bread
Bake or broil the bread until golden and crispy
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions
Serve the sauce over the cooked spaghetti with garlic bread on the side
