Homemade Tagliatelle Pasta from Scratch
Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 150g wheat semolina
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150ml water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and knead well
Add a bit more flour or water if needed, the dough should not be too sticky
Form a ball and cover with a kitchen towel
Let it sit for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough to desired thinness
Cut out the tagliatelle with a knife or pasta machine
Let the pasta dry for about thirty minutes either on a flat surface or hanging them (they will not get hard like store bought pasta)
Cook in boiling water for about two minutes
