Homemade Pasta
Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 150g wheat semolina
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150ml water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and knead well.
Add a bit more flour or water if needed; the dough should not be too sticky.
Form a ball and cover with a kitchen towel.
Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the desired thinness.
Cut out the tagliatelle with a knife or pasta machine.
Let the pasta dry for about thirty minutes, either on a flat surface or hanging them (they will not get hard like store-bought pasta).
Cook in boiling water for about two minutes.
