Mango Apple Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 apple (core removed)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 tsp nut-butter
Preparation
Blend the mango, banana, water, protein, spirulina & apple together until smooth.
Serve in a bowl, top with the milled flaxseed & nut-butter
