Mango Apple Smoothie Bowl⁠

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango⁠
  • 1 apple (core removed)⁠
  • 1 banana⁠
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina⁠
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein⁠
  • 1 cup water⁠
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed⁠
  • 1 tsp nut-butter⁠

Preparation

  1. Blend the mango, banana, water, protein, spirulina & apple together until smooth.⁠

  2. Serve in a bowl, top with the milled flaxseed & nut-butter⁠
