Mango-Chilli- Coriander Buckwheat Bowl

  • I asked my husband to make a special breakfast request, it's his birthday today and all he wanted was a smoothie bowl so I made this fun and zingy tropical smoothie bowl
  • Blend 1 frozen mango 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/4 cup of soaked and rinsed buckwheat groats, 1/2 a Thai green chilli, handful of Corinader, a little piece sliced ginger , squeeze of lime , and coconut milk.
