Mexico City Inspired Fiery Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 dried smoked naga bhut jolokia chillies
- 2 dried habanero chillies
- 2 chipotle en adobo
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Generous handful of chopped coriander
- 50ml pineapple juice
Preparation
Soak dried chillies in hot water for half an hour.
Add chillies to blender (saving the water) with all other ingredients.
Whizz everything until combined.
Thin it out using more pineapple juice or the chilli water depending on your taste.
