Moroccan Spiced Falafels with Israeli Salad and Pitta Bread

Ingredients

  • Moroccan spiced falafels (store-bought)
  • Seeded pitta bread

Salad vegetables

  • Tomato

  • Avocado
  • Red pepper
  • Cos lettuce
  • Coriander
  • Parsley

Dressing

  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Tahini
  • Coconut aminos

Preparation

  1. Chop the salad vegetables including tomato, red onion, cucumber, radish, avocado, red pepper, cos lettuce, coriander, and parsley.

  2. Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, tahini, and coconut aminos.

  3. Heat the falafels according to the package instructions.

  4. Optionally toast the pitta bread.

  5. Assemble the salad, toss with dressing, and serve with the falafels and pitta bread.
