Falafel Wrap with Lummus and Herbs

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal soft wrap
  • Lummus (hummus made from lupin beans)
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Raw garlic
  • Cucumber
  • Radish
  • Falafels
  • Tahini sauce
  • Sriracha

Preparation

  1. Lay out the wholemeal soft wrap on a clean surface

  2. Spread lummus evenly over the wrap

  3. Add fresh basil and parsley leaves

  4. Layer on sliced tomato, avocado, red onion, garlic, cucumber, and radish

  5. Place falafels on top of the vegetables

  6. Drizzle with tahini sauce and sriracha

  7. Roll up the wrap tightly and serve immediately
