No Bake - Fiber & Energy Bars
Ingredients
- cup organic unsweetened unsulfured dried apples (or dried fruit of choice)
- 1 cup raw walnuts (unsalted)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon CEYLON cinnamon
Preparation
In a food processor, combine dates, apples and walnuts - blend until fine crumbs form, about 1 minute
Add cinnamon - continue blending until mixture is very soft and holds together when pinched, about 3 to 4 minutes
Press mixture into a 4 x 8-inch parchment lined pan and cover - chill for at least 2 hours or until firm
Cut into bars (should make about 12) - (you can wrap individually and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month)
