No-Blender Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 big spoon of tahini⠀
  • 1 lime, juiced⠀
  • 5 hot Thai chilis, minced⠀
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced⠀
  • 1/3 small yellow onion, minced⠀
  • filtered water, as needed for consistency⠀

Preparation

  1. Just stir together & enjoy with your favorite nonsweet fruits & veggies

  2. I like to enhance it with a drizzle of low sodium tamari

  3. It’d be good with a drizzle of coconut aminos or a sprinkle of high quality salt
