Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 red paprika⁣
  • 1 carrot⁣
  • 1/4 chilli⁣
  • 1/2 thumb big piece of ginger⁣
  • 1/2 lime⁣
  • salt
  • pepper⁣
  • 3tb soy sauce⁣
  • 2 portions glass noodles⁣
  • 1 handful cilantro⁣
  • sesame oil⁣
  • handful fried tofu⁣
  • 1/4 cucumber⁣

Preparation

  1. Chop the cucumber in small pieces⁣

  2. Slice the carrot and paprika in thin stripes⁣

  3. Chop the chilli and ginger in tinyy pieces⁣

  4. Fry chilli and ginger in oil⁣

  5. Add paprika and carrot⁣

  6. Add the lime, cook for a couple minutes⁣

  7. Spice with salt and pepper⁣

  8. Deglaze with soy sauce⁣

  9. Cook the glass noodles⁣

  10. Chop the cilantro⁣

  11. In another pan, refry the tofu one more time⁣

  12. Mix veggies with glass noodles⁣

  13. Top with cucumber, tofu and cilantro⁣

  14. Add more soy sauce and lime if needed⁣
