  • RED PEPPER SAUCE
  • 1 whole red pepper(take seeds out), 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, 2 tblspoon oil, 1/2 lemon juice, dash of paprika, salt, pepper! Mix all in a blender till smooth
  • CHICKPEAS
  • preheat oven to 425, take skins off chickpeas and toss in coconut oil, roast for 15 min - take out and mix it with smoked paprika, oregano, salt, chili powder! Bake for another 5-10 min till crispy
