Overnight Oats with Almonds, Flax and Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Kolat Super Food Almond Butter with Blueberries
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Splash of almond extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon beefreehonee Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax

Toppings

  • Sliced Almonds
  • Hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a container and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, add toppings and serve cold.
