Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • and 1 tbsp peanut butter powde

Preparation

  1. Stir until evenly mixed, then add enough milk (I use oat) to cover the top of the mixture

  2. Stir again, then stir in desired amount of frozen blueberries

  3. Place in the fridge to chill overnight

  4. I always add a little more milk in the morn bc it’s too thick
