Papaya & Hemp Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 small ripe papaya (frozen if you would prefer a thicker smoothie consistency)
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds (if you can’t find these, you can use sesame)
- 2 – 3 drops of organic vanilla essence
- pinch of cinnamon
- optional toppings: sliced banana, blueberries, and/or desiccated coconut
Preparation
Simply blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until a thick yet smooth consistency is reached
Best served chilled (add some ice cubes if not cold enough
