Papaya & Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe papaya (frozen if you would prefer a thicker smoothie consistency)
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (if you can’t find these, you can use sesame)
  • 2 – 3 drops of organic vanilla essence
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • optional toppings: sliced banana, blueberries, and/or desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Simply blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until a thick yet smooth consistency is reached

  2. Best served chilled (add some ice cubes if not cold enough
