Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a Honee Dijon Mayo & Mixed Veggies in a Creamy Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • Parmesan
  • Chicken
  • 2 tsp of Organic Dijon Mustard

Preparation

  1. I coated partially thawed @gardein Chicken Scaloppini in homemade Parmesan and baked at 425 degrees for 20 minutes

  2. I mixed 2 tsp of Organic Dijon Mustard with a tsp of @followyourheart Vegenaise and a little bit of Bee Free Honee

  3. Steamed Organic Veggies tossed in fresh Lemon Juice and Organic Tahini, S &P

  4. The whole dinner came together in less than 30 minutes
