Ingredients

  • 1 package of gluten free spaghetti pasta
  • 5 cups of freshly diced organic tomatoes⁣⠀
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves of diced garlic
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tsp agar agar
  • Himalayan salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. In a pan start by adding oil and garlic

  2. Sauté for 2 to 3 min

  3. Add the diced tomatoes ? and all the other ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 min.⁣⠀

  4. Cook pasta according to the package

  5. Add pasta to the sauce and mix and top with toasted pine-nuts and more fresh basil ?⠀
