Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 package of gluten free spaghetti pasta
- 5 cups of freshly diced organic tomatoes⠀
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves of diced garlic
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 tsp agar agar
- Himalayan salt
- pepper
Preparation
In a pan start by adding oil and garlic
Sauté for 2 to 3 min
Add the diced tomatoes ? and all the other ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 min.⠀
Cook pasta according to the package
Add pasta to the sauce and mix and top with toasted pine-nuts and more fresh basil ?⠀
