Pink Salad Bowl with Tofu and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 3-4 slices of tofu
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Large handful spinach
- Carrots, cut in halves
- Spiralized zucchini
- Spiralized beets
- Shredded cabbage
- Radishes, sliced
- Blueberries
Preparation
In a saucepan on medium heat, add 1 tsp avocado oil and let heat for 2 minutes
Add your tofu and brown on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Turn off heat and toss with soy sauce.
Plate your salad with spinach on the bottom, then toppings.
Serve with your favourite dressing.
