Pistachio Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 cup of basil
- 1 cup of roasted pistachios
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of coriander
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of vegan parmesan •black pepper
Preparation
Chuck it all in a blender whilst your pasta is cooking and you're good to go within 15 minutes
