Pizza Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 ready to bake okami bio bag
  • 300 to 350 ml of soya vegetable drink
  • sal at taste.
  • sriracha to the taste.
  • 1/4 red and green bell pepper chopped.
  • 1 piece of chopped leek.
  • 1/2 vegan burger.
  • for the garlic sauce:
  • 50 gr of cashew nuts approx.
  • water
  • salt at your convenience.
  • cheese sauce
  • soya vegetable drink.
  • 3 slices of vegan cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast.
  • 1 pinch of turmeric for color.

Preparation

  1. Fried the peppers, the leek. Add the minced hamburger and fry a little. Reserve

  2. NO EGG, add it to the Ready To Bake Pancake mix. Add the sriracha and the previous sofrito and mix well. Set aside

  3. GARLIC SAUCE. Soak the cashew nuts in hot water before starting to cook and leave them for at least 15 minutes. Put them in the processor together with the garlic and add water little by little according to how thick you want the sauce and crush it. Salt and set aside

  4. CHEESE SAUCE. In a saucepan add a bit of soya vegetable drink, not too much, the cheese, the nutritional yeast and the turmeric and bring it to a boil without stopping stirring. When it is thick we let it temper

  5. Make a tower,  alternate garlic sauce with fried tomato. Pour the cheese sauce over it.

  6. They cooked some mushrooms with parsley and decorated with dill and vegan parmigiano
