Powder Blue Walnut Milk Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • for smoothies
  • 2 cups walnut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp spirulina

Preparation

  1. Soak 1 cup of walnuts in fresh water overnight

  2. Rinse the next day and add them to your blender, along with 4 cups of water, and 1 tsp pure maple syrup

  3. Blend well and then strain

  4. Take 2 cups of your walnut milk and blend with your frozen banana until creamy

  5. Pour your smoothies into your jars, sprinkle the spirulina in each one, stir, and enjoy
