Powder Blue Walnut Milk Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- for smoothies
- 2 cups walnut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp spirulina
Preparation
Soak 1 cup of walnuts in fresh water overnight
Rinse the next day and add them to your blender, along with 4 cups of water, and 1 tsp pure maple syrup
Blend well and then strain
Take 2 cups of your walnut milk and blend with your frozen banana until creamy
Pour your smoothies into your jars, sprinkle the spirulina in each one, stir, and enjoy
