Raw Vegan Egg Salad Dressing
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1.5 cups of raw cashews
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp of dried dill
Salad components
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of sweet yellow onions
Preparation
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Finely chop the celery, mushrooms, and onions if using.
Pour the sauce over the chopped vegetables and add crushed kale chips for extra crunch.
