Ingredients

  • - rinse the #quinoa and add it to boiling water - 1 cup of dry quinoa to 1 1/2 of water (don't follow the 1 to 2 ratio as it turns it into mush)

Preparation

  1. Cover the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes (don't take the cover off) - turn off the gas and let it relax for 5 minutes

  2. Fluff quinoa with a fork and enjoy
