Sautéed Broccoli with Walnuts
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 medium head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed chili
Preparation
Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and walnuts, then stir with a wooden spoon for several minutes until the onion is light golden.
Add the broccoli, apple cider vinegar, salt, and crushed chili, then stir for 5 minutes.
Transfer the broccoli to a wide serving dish.
