Seasoned Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 300g portobello mushrooms, sliced⠀
  • 400g king oyster mushrooms, sliced⠀
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, minced⠀
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes⠀
  • 2 tsp parsley, minced⠀
  • 1 tbsp macadamia parmesan (optional)⠀
  • 200g soy sour cream⠀
  • salt & pepper⠀

Preparation

  1. Brush the sliced mushrooms with little olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side

  2. Place the mushrooms on a plate, top with thyme, parsley, pepper flakes and parmesan and serve with some sour cream
