Seasoned Grilled Mushrooms with Fresh Herbs and Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 300g Portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 400g King Oyster Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp macadamia parmesan (optional)
  • 200g soy sour cream
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Brush the sliced mushrooms with little olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

  2. Place the mushrooms on a plate, top with thyme, parsley, pepper flakes and parmesan and serve with some sour cream. Enjoy!
