Seasoned Grilled Mushrooms with Fresh Herbs and Sour Cream
Ingredients
- 300g Portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 400g King Oyster Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp macadamia parmesan (optional)
- 200g soy sour cream
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Brush the sliced mushrooms with little olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Place the mushrooms on a plate, top with thyme, parsley, pepper flakes and parmesan and serve with some sour cream. Enjoy!
