Healthy Green Smoothie with Dragon Fruit

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Kiwifruit
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tiny piece of ginger
  • Lime juice
  • Handful of mangoes
  • 1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • Frozen bananas
  • Coconut milk
  • Granola
  • Dragon fruit
  • Edible flowers

Preparation

  1. Mix spinach, kale, kiwifruit, coriander leaves, a tiny piece of ginger, lime juice, a handful of mangoes, 1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass powder, frozen bananas, and use coconut milk as the base.

  2. Top the smoothie with extra granola, dragon fruit, and edible flowers.
