Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 dashes of pepper
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp @terrasoul unsweetened pea protein
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao chips
  • 3 cups coconut milk ( or to taste, i prefer a thick smoothie )
