Smoothie

Ingredients

  • - 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 frozen mango
  • coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • almond milk
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • big squeeze of lemon
  • 1/2 a continental cucumber
  • 1/4 of a green pepper

Preparation

  1. Few ice cubes all whizz together into this delicious smoothie

  2. Oat pancakes smeared with @mayversfood and topped with seasonal fruit
