Smoothie
Ingredients
- - 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 frozen mango
- coconut water
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- almond milk
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp spirulina
- big squeeze of lemon
- 1/2 a continental cucumber
- 1/4 of a green pepper
Preparation
Few ice cubes all whizz together into this delicious smoothie
Oat pancakes smeared with @mayversfood and topped with seasonal fruit
