Smoothie Bowl


  • 5 frozen spotty bananas
  • 8-10 soaked cashews
  • Flesh from 2 young coconuts
  • 3 tbsps cacao powder
  • 2tsps of raw cacao nibs
  • 1tbsp date syrup (can be subbed with few dates soaked to soften)
  • 2 cups of tender coconut water


  1. Blended until smooth and creamy

  2. Topped with fresh figs, Chia, nibs and @loving_earth ❤️❤️

  3. This has a malty thick texture as we have added the nibs but is totally optional . I love the Crunch the nibs offer
