Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 5 frozen spotty bananas
- 8-10 soaked cashews
- Flesh from 2 young coconuts
- 3 tbsps cacao powder
- 2tsps of raw cacao nibs
- 1tbsp date syrup (can be subbed with few dates soaked to soften)
- 2 cups of tender coconut water
Preparation
Blended until smooth and creamy
Topped with fresh figs, Chia, nibs and @loving_earth ❤️❤️
This has a malty thick texture as we have added the nibs but is totally optional . I love the Crunch the nibs offer
