Sport Relief Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 large strawberries
  • • 2 tbsp of goji berries
  • • 1 large handful of frozen raspberries
  • • 1/2 banana
  • • 1/2 a peeled blood orange
  • • 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed
  • • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • • 1 x 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
  • • Cover with coconut water (280ml-ish)

Preparation

  1. Blast until smooooooooth
