Speedy Family Sport Relief Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 large strawberries
- 2 tbsp of goji berries
- 1 large handful of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 a peeled blood orange
- 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 x 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
- Cover with coconut water (280ml-ish)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
