Sport Relief Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 large strawberries
- • 2 tbsp of goji berries
- • 1 large handful of frozen raspberries
- • 1/2 banana
- • 1/2 a peeled blood orange
- • 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed
- • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- • Juice of 1/2 a lime
- • 1 x 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
- • Cover with coconut water (280ml-ish)
Preparation
Blast until smooooooooth
