Sticky "Raspberry-Yogurt"proats

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp soy yogurt
  • optional flavedrops
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • Fruits / berries of your choice (e.g. pink pitaya and raspberries)
  • 60g oatmeal
  • 10g crushed (gold) linseed
  • 30g 3k protein (e.g. the new raspberry yogurt)
  • 200 ml water or plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix & heat up all the ingredients in a pot

  2. Let infuse to the desired consistency

  3. Toppings: nut butter or chocolate cream, chocolate and V-cookie pieces

  4. Arrange or decorate all ingredients in the jars as desired
