Sticky "Raspberry-Yogurt"proats
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp soy yogurt
- optional flavedrops
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- Fruits / berries of your choice (e.g. pink pitaya and raspberries)
- 60g oatmeal
- 10g crushed (gold) linseed
- 30g 3k protein (e.g. the new raspberry yogurt)
- 200 ml water or plant milk
Preparation
Mix & heat up all the ingredients in a pot
Let infuse to the desired consistency
Toppings: nut butter or chocolate cream, chocolate and V-cookie pieces
Arrange or decorate all ingredients in the jars as desired
